ORDINANCE NO. BL2002-1247
An ordinance amending Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code, zoning regulations, by amending Section 17.12.080 Cluster lot option by limiting the use of the cluster lot option to planned unit development overlays (Proposal No. 2002Z-023T).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That the codification
of Title 17 of the Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson
County, Zoning Regulations, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
By amending Section 17.12.080 Cluster lot option, by amending the first sentence
by adding after the phrase “may cluster lots” and before the phrase
“subject to the following restrictions:”, the phrase “included
within a planned unit development overlay, any other provision contained in
Title 17 to the contrary notwithstanding”.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days from and after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
