An Ordinance amending Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code, Zoning Regulations, by amending Section 17.24.030 by exempting the tree density requirements from loading areas or tractor trailer staging, loading and parking areas, all of which is more particularly described herein (Proposal No. 2001Z-117U-10) .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. That the codification of Title 17 of the Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Zoning Regulations, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

By amending Section 17.24.030 (E) by deleting said provisions and substituting in lieu thereof the following:

"(E) Neither the interior planting requirements of Section 17.24.160 nor the tree density requirements of Section 17.24.100 shall apply to service loading areas or to tractor trailer staging, loading and parking areas."

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days from and after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
