NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. Section 11.12.070 D. of the Metropolitan Code shall be and the same is hereby amended by adding the following phrase at the end of the last sentence

" and also, including those properties lying within an area fronting on the east side of 21st Avenue South from Scarritt Place to Edgehill Avenue and the properties fronting on the north side Edgehill Avenue to 17th Avenue South."

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
