An ordinance amending Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code, Zoning Regulations, by amending Section 17.08.030 and Section 17.16.220 by permitting temporary festivals in the agricultural districts as a special exception, all of which is more particularly described herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. That the codification of Title 17 of the Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Zoning Regulations, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

By amending Section 17.08.030 by amending the Zoning District Land Use Table by inserting "SE" in the Temporary festival use under the AG and AR2a zoned districts; and

By amending Section 17.16.220 F. by adding the following new subparagraph:

"4. The activity shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 2.62 and Chapter 10.44 of the Metropolitan Code to the extent required by those provisions."

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days from and after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
