ORDINANCE NO. BL2001-709
An ordinance amending Section 5.32.030 and Section 5.32.110 of the Metropolitan Code by increasing the commercial vehicle regulatory license and motor vehicle regulatory license fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
SECTION 1. Section 5.32.030 of the Metropolitan Code shall be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the amount "$46" wherein it appears in said section and substituting in lieu thereof the amount "$75".
SECTION 2. Section 5.32.110 of the Metropolitan Code shall be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the amount "thirty-five dollars" wherein it appears in said section and substituting in lieu thereof the amount "fifty dollars".
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
