ORDINANCE NO. BL2001-671
An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by applying the Urban Design Overlay (UDO) District to property at 6016 and 6026 Nolensville Pike and Nolensville Pike (unnumbered), opposite Bradford Hills (101.41 acres), (Proposal No. 2001UDO-001G-12), all of which is more particularly described herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT
OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
SECTION 1. That Title 17 of the Code of Laws of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, be and is hereby amended by making certain changes in the Official Zoning Map for Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County, which is made a part of said Title 17 by reference, as follows:
By applying the Urban Design
Overlay (UDO) District to property located at 6016 and 6026 Nolensville Pike
and Nolensville Pike (unnumbered), opposite Bradford Hills (101.41 acres), being
more particularly described as being Property Parcel Nos. 88, 89, 205, 206,
212 and 218 as designated on Map 172 and Property Parcel No. 62 as designated
on Map 173 of the Official Property Identification Maps of The Metropolitan
Government of Nashville and Davidson County, all of which is more particularly
described by lines, words and figures on the attached plan, which is attached
to and made a part of this ordinance as though copied herein.
SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Metropolitan Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed, upon the enactment and approval of this ordinance, to cause the
change to be made on Sheet Nos. 172 and 173 of said Official Zoning Map for
Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County, as set out in Section 1 of this
ordinance, and to make notation thereon of reference to the date of passage
and approval of this amendatory ordinance.
SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this ordinance take effect immediately after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.

AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO
ORDINANCE NO. BL2001-671
Mr. President:
I move to amend Ordinance No. BL2001-671 for clarification due to a recent deed that was recorded and land survey that created a new parcel from the same property considered as part of this bill and housekeeping items as follows:
a) By deleting the phrase
"101.54 acres" as it appears in the bill's caption, Section 1 and
attached sketch and substituting in lieu thereof "99.38 acres",
b) By inserting the phrase "234" to the list of Property Parcel Nos.
identified in Section 1 and attached sketch;
c) By inserting the phrase "Regent Development LLC, Map 172, Parcel 234
(9.89 acres) under "The owners of record of the subject property";
d) By deleting under "The owners of record of the subject property"
the acreages listed for parcels 88 and 89 and substituting in lieu thereof "(25.85
acres)" for parcel 88, and "(11.72 acres)" for parcel 89.
e) By substituting the attached Appendix for the Lenox Village Design Plan and
Design Guidelines for the Urban Design Overlay District with these housekeeping
amendments as follows:
· Page 1 Correct
acreage numbers, add open space calculations
and add notes pertaining to design flexibility and off-site
improvements to Nolensville Pike;
· Page 2 Correct values in Table A-1 and clarify notes to the table;
· Page 3 Clarifies minimum first floor height and adds a minimum
foundation height requirement to Table A-2. Also clarifies
minimum raised foundation requirements under
supplemental standards.
· Page 4 Changes references to dwellings from "accessory" to
"secondary".
· Page 5 Changes section letter designations to eliminate
duplication, clarifies references to department heads and
changes references to dwellings from "accessory" to
"secondary".
