ORDINANCE NO. BL2000-573

An ordinance authorizing Robert & Deena Cole (COLE) to participate with the Metropolitan Government, Department of Water and Sewerage Services, for the construction of Project No. 97-SG-84.

WHEREAS, COLE has expressed a desire to provide public sewer system improvements in northeast Williamson County, TN known as Owl Creek Trunk Sewer Project No. 97-SG-84; and

WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interest of the public to construct the sewer service improvements, and COLE is agreeable to paying its proportionate share of the total cost in an amount not to exceed $2,000.00; and

WHEREAS, this work is identified in Metro's Capital Improvements Budget as Project No. 96SG0001.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1: That the Metropolitan Government is hereby authorized to accept from COLE an amount not to exceed $2,000.00 to aid in the construction of sewer service improvements designated as Project No. 97-SG-84.

SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
