ORDINANCE NO. BL2000-514

An ordinance to amend the Official Street and Alley Acceptance and Maintenance Map for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by abandoning a portion of an existing public utility and drainage easement located at 312 Moonwater Court, (Proposal No. 2000M-103G-14), all of which is more particularly described herein.

WHEREAS: It is the desire of all the abutting property owners that said abandonment be accomplished; and,

WHEREAS: There is no future need for said portion of said portion of said public utility and drainage
easement for Metroplitan Government purposes.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. SECTION 1. A potion of the existing public utility and drainage easement located at 312 Moonwater Court (lot 65, New Hope Point Subdivision) within the RS15 District on .18 acres, such that said easement shall be reduced from 20 feet to 16 feet, all of which is more particularly described by lines, words and figures on the sketch which is attached to and made a part of this ordinance as though copied herein, is hereby abandoned.

SECTION 2. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this ordinance take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
