ORDINANCE NO. BL2000-441

An ordinance amending Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code, Zoning Regulations, by amending Section 17.12.080 cluster lot option by requiring such cluster lot plats be established by ordinance of the Council adopted pursuant to Article III of Chapter 17.40, all of which is more particularly described herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. That the codification of Title 17 of the Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Zoning Regulations, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

By amending Section 17.12.080 by adding the following new provisions:

"F. A plat of subdivision which establishes the clustering of lots under this section shall not become effective unless and until approved by an ordinance adopted by the metropolitan council according to the procedures of Article III of Chapter 17.40."

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days from and after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
