ORDINANCE NO. BL2000-438

An ordinance closing a portion of Edenwold Road Connector and dedicating a replacement of a right-of-way, (Proposal No. 2000M-077G-04) of Project No. 99-SG-184, Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, Edenwold Road Connector.

WHEREAS, It is the desire of the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services that the said closure and dedicated replacement be accomplished; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Water and Sewerage Services has no need for the said portion of Edenwold Road Connector, with the dedication of the replacement right-of-way; and,

WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Planning Commission of Nashville and Davidson County has already approved the portion of the Edenwold Road Connector closure and dedication of replacement right-of-way

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1: That the portion of the Edenwold Road Connector closure and dedication of replacement right-of-way shown on Map 34-11, Parcels 10,13, and 30, and shown on Project No. 99-SG-184, Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, Edenwold Road Connector is declared closed and the below signed are hereby authorized to execute the appropriate instruments to carry out such closed portion of Edenwold Road Connector and dedication replacement right-of-way.

SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
