ORDINANCE NO. BL2000-429

An ordinance voiding the agreement, dated August 27, 1956, between the City of Nashville and Consolidated Development, Inc.

WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County has taken over the responsibilities and obligations of the City of Nashville; and

WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County does not have separate charges for sewerage pumping stations and treatment services; and

WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Government currently has an agreement with Consolidated Development relating to separate charges for sewage pumping stations and treatment service and has been asked to void the referenced agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

That said agreement, dated August 27, 1956, between the City of Nashville and Consolidated Development, Inc. be declared void.
