ORDINANCE NO. BL2000-408

An ordinance authorizing Albert Rossi to participate with the Metropolitan Government, Department of Water and Sewerage Services, for the construction of Project Nos. 99-SL-176 and 97-SG-84.

WHEREAS, Albert Rossi has expressed a desire to provide public sewer service in northeast Williamson County, TN, known as Concord Ridge Subdivision, Project No. 99-SL-176 and Owl Creek Trunk Sewer, Project No. 97-SG-84; and

WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interest of the public to provide sewer service in the northeast section of Williamson County, known as Concord Ridge Subdivision and Owl Creek, and Albert Rossi is agreeable to pay his proportionate share of the total cost in an amount not to exceed $18,000.00; and

WHEREAS, this work is identified in Metro’s Capital Improvements Budget as Project No. 96-SG-0001.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1: That the Metropolitan Government is hereby authorized to accept from Albert Rossi an amount not to exceed $18,000.00 to aid in the construction of the sewer service improvements for the Concord Ridge Subdivision Project No. 99-SL-176 and Owl Creek Trunk Sewer Project No. 97-SG-84.

SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
