ORDINANCE NO. BL2000-405
An ordinance amending Section 7.08.090 of the Metropolitan Code by providing for an extended opportunity until December 31, 2000 for restaurants in the MUL zone districts to obtain retailer on-sale beer permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
SECTION 1. Section 7.08.090 A. 1. of the Metropolitan Code shall be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the following date wherein it appears: "December 31, 1998"; and substituting in lieu thereof the date: "December 31, 2000.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
