ORDINANCE NO. BL2000-301

An ordinance abandoning three drainage easements in the vicinity of the recently completed Sears store at Bellevue Center located at 7638 Highway 70 South, (Proposal No. 2000M-043G-06), all of which is more particularly described herein.

WHEREAS: It is the desire of the property owners that said abandonment be accomplished; and,

WHEREAS: There is no future need for said drainage easements for Metropolitan Government purposes,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. Three drainage easements located in the vicinity of the recently completed Sears Store at Bellevue Center located at 7638 Highway 70 South, all of which is more particularly described by lines, words and figures on the sketch which is attached to and made a part of this ordinance as though copied herein, are hereby abandoned.

SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this ordinance take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
