ORDINANCE NO. BL2000-300

An ordinance abandoning a portion of a public utility and drainage easement located at Map 62, part of parcels 34 and 248, (Proposal No. 2000M-037U-14), all of which is more particularly described herein.

WHEREAS: It is the desire of the property owners that said abandonment be accomplished; and,

WHEREAS: There is no future need for said public utility and drainage easement for Metropolitan Government purposes,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. A portion of the eighty-foot wide public utility and drainage easement located at Map 62,  Part of parcels 34 and 248 at the Music City Outlet Center on McGavock Pike, west of Outlet Center Drive, all of which is more particularly described by lines, words and figures on the sketch which is attached to and made a part of this ordinance as though copied herein, is hereby abandoned.

SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this ordinance take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
