ORDINANCE NO. BL2000-203

An Ordinance amending Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code, Zoning Regulations, by amending Section 17.08.030 by deleting vehicular sales, limited as a permitted use in the CL Zone District, all of which is more particularly described herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. That the codification of Title 17 of the Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Zoning Regulations, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

By amending Section 17.08.030 D. by amending the District Land Use Table under the Commercial Uses: Vehicular sales, limited by deleting the notation "P" in the CL Commercial Zone District.

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days from and after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
