ORDINANCE NO. O99-1775
An ordinance amending Section 11.12.080 of the Metropolitan Code by amending Ordinance No. O99-1649, as amended, by changing the definition of nighttime.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
SECTION 1. That Section 11.12.080A of the Metropolitan Code, as amended by Ordinance No. O99-1649, as amended, shall be and the same is hereby amended by amending the definition provided in Amendment No. 1 to Ordinance No. O99-1649, by deleting the phrase "at 6 p.m. and ending at 6 a.m.", and substituting in lieu thereof the following phrase:
"thirty (30) minutes after dusk and ending thirty (30) minutes prior to sunrise".
