ORDINANCE NO. O99-1641

An ordinance amending Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code, Zoning Regulations, by amending Section 17.12.020 by changing the floor area ratio in the IWD zone district, all of which is more particularly described herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. That the codification of Title 17 of the Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Zoning Regulations, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

By amending Section 17.12.020 by amending the Table 17.12.020C Mixed-Use and Nonresidential Districts by deleting "0.60" under the Max. FAR for the IWD Zoning District and substituting in lieu thereof "0.80".

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days from and after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.

Mr. President:

I move to amend Ordinance No. O99-1641 by inserting the phrase "(99Z-011T)" in the last line of the bill’s caption before the word "all".
