ORDINANCE NO. O99-1505

An ordinance amending the Official Street and Alley Acceptance and Maintenance map for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, by accepting the dedication of Heath Road.

WHEREAS, the owners of property on Heath Road are desirous to have same accepted and maintained as a public street.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. That the Official Street and Alley Acceptance and Maintenance Map for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, as adopted by Ordinance No. O96-582, as amended, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

"That there is hereby accepted the dedication as a public street, Heath Road, as more particularly depicted in the attached sketch."

SECTION 2. The provisions of Section One shall not take effect until the owners of said streets have executed and delivered the necessary documents conveying title to said streets to the Metropolitan Government.

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.

AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

ORDINANCE NO. O99-1505

Mr. President:

I move to amend Ordinance No. O99-1505 by adding the following provision to Section 2 thereof:

"Provided, however, such Section 1 shall also not take effect until necessary rights-of-way have been conveyed to the Metropolitan Government from adjacent and/or adjoining property owners."
