ORDINANCE NO. O98-1461
An ordinance accepting the donation of a K90 TalismanThermal Imager camera from Ms. Maxim Star Schatten to the Fire Department.
Whereas, Ms. Maxim Star Schatten has expressed a desire to donate a K90 Talisman Thermal Imager camera to the Fire Department; and,
Whereas, this camera will be of valuable assistance in the fighting of fires.
Now, therefore be it resolved by the council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:
Section 1: That the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, on behalf of the Fire Department, hereby accepts the donation of a K90 Talisman Thermal Imager camera from Ms. Maxim Star Schatten.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
