An ordinance amending Section 10.18.010 of the Metropolitan Code to prohibit smoking in the stadium bowl.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. That Section 10.18.100 of the Metropolitan Code is hereby amended by amending the definition of "Metropolitan Government building" by inserting after the phrase "structure or building" the following provision:

", including the field and the stadium bowl owned by the Sports Authority of the Metropolitan Government".

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
