SUBSTITUTE BILL NO. S098-1057
A SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT ACTING BY AND THROUGH THE METROPOLITAN BOARD OF HEALTH AND MURPH T. CATHCART FOR PREMISES LOCATED AT 3300 NORTH HYDES FERRY ROAD FOR USE AS A HEALTH DEPARTMENT CLINIC.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY;
SECTION 1. That the Lease Agreement by and between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health and Murph T. Cathcart for a building and lot located at 3300 North Hydes Ferry Road for use as a Health Department Clinic for rent of $1,400 per month and for a term commencing on December 1, 1997 and extending through November 30, 1998, which Lease Agreement is attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance, be, and the same is, hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
